Kapamilya Channel (lit.'family member channel'; stylized as Kapamilya channel) is a 24-hour Philippine pay television network operated by ABS-CBN Corporation, which is a subsidiary of the Lopez Holdings Corporation. The network's headquarters are located at the ABS-CBN Broadcasting Center in Quezon City. Kapamilya Channel broadcasts in high-definition with a 1080i resolution, continuing the quality standards of its predecessor.

The channel was launched as a replacement for the main terrestrial ABS-CBN network, which ceased its free-to-air broadcast operations in 2020 following the non-renewal of its legislative broadcast franchise, carrying many of the network's programs before and after its launch.[1]
